CogniSpine

How it works

The semi inflatable device is engineered to return your spine to its natural curvature when lying on it in prone position.

It contains various weights of memory foam, precisely positioned to disperse pressure evenly across the front of the body and gently support targeted areas in the torso to encourage the natural, gentle movement of interrelated body systems.

As a result a greater flow of information between the body, brain and nervous system and natural Vagus nerve stimulation allows your innate intelligence to restore thoughts, emotions and physical states.

How to use

Place the CogniSpine on any supportive surface: bed, floor, outside in nature.

Lower your torso from a kneeling position so that the pelvic bones lie at the base edge with the head cradled in the adjustable space above and hands resting, palms-down, at shoulder height.

Your brain will tell you when it’s time to come off.

The Multi-System Solution

Vagus nerve activation that regulates many organ
functions including
digestion, heart rate variability (HRV), and respiratory rate.

Offloading pressure on the spine opens the back part of the lungs, increasing their volume and levels of oxygen saturation levels.

Offloading pressure from the nerves encourages balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems for emotional balance as well as improving the function of all systems and organs in the body.

Improving peristaltic movement and intestine microbiome activity due to slight temperature increase in the gut.

Better brain-body communication. Less physical and emotional stress

Aligning the neck in its natural position at the top of the spine deters the tilting of the head, helps re-align the spine and deconstructs the nerves in this area for better brain-body information flow.

Natural spinal decompressing, offloading pressures from the nervous system for better brain-body communication

Opening and widening the position of the shoulders deters slouching and encourages diaphragm breathing.

Offloading pressure from the pelvis and sacrum to create better blood and oxygen flow to the area.

The spine, the spinal cord, the vertebrae and neural network are naturally structured to allow for protection, mobility and neural transmissions.

Supports the cycle of feedback from the body
systems to the brain for the benefit of optimal multi-system functionality.
